The Design Process

We produce strong designs through a series of client meetings combined with careful site analysis, research and extensive conceptual thought. We strive to be realistic and to design within an established budget. While each project is unique, here is a typical process that is usually followed:

The Build Process

The entire build process is overseen by the design team. We employ the industry’s finest electricians, plumbers, masons, carpenters and horticulturalists. These craftsmen work together to create an efficient execution of your design. Here are the stages of a successful create process:

Lighting

Exterior lighting not only allows you to enjoy your landscape after dusk, but provides an added measure of security. Lighting your landscape helps deter crime, and increases safety on your property. There are many options for a lighting system that can be built to fit your needs.

We can design a system with an automatic timer to turn on and off your system, incorporate the use of a photo cell which will run your lights from dust to dawn, or work with a switch located inside of your house that will give you control as to when you want to use the system. We provide a maintenance program that includes site visits to check and adjust all of your fixtures, changing light bulbs for maximum efficiency, and cleaning the fixtures.

Hardscape construction has become an integral part of residential landscaping and our clients have the comfort of knowing that we are able to handle every facet of their outdoor living space.

Our teams are experienced in the design and implementation of exterior features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, water features, swimming pools, custom carpentry, driveway renovations and outdoor kitchens. We handle construction of these hardscapes to build your vision from the initial concept through construction and planting to completion of the project.

We handle construction of these hardscapes to build your vision from the initial concept through construction and planting to completion of the project.

Installation

Our experienced staff will coordinate and properly manage your construction project, plant installation, irrigation and landscape lighting system. Through long-established relationships with local architects, property owners, builders, and specialty craftspeople, we have the expertise to advise you on scheduling, project management, and cost-effectiveness.

Our pre-construction services include design evaluation, budgeting and value engineering, plant availability assessment, irrigation design and review, long-term maintenance analysis, site evaluation, and risk management consultation. When construction is completed, we schedule regular follow-up through the warranty period.
