After you sign in. Go to My account | True Polls at the top right of the home page. Once in your account you will be able to update you account information.
HOW TO CONTACT TRUE POLLS
You can find our contact information at the top of every page under Contact Us | True Polls. Just click the link and we will receive your email and address your issues as soon as possible.
BETA ISSUE REPORTING
Please use the Contact Us | True Polls link at the top of each page to report any issues you may come accross. Ture Polls DEV team will address the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for helping test our polling system. We hope you enjoy your time polling with True Polls.
HOW TO SUGGEST A POLLING QUESTION
As a member of the True Polls family, you have the option to suggest your polling questions by clicking the SUGGEST A POLL button on the home page. We encourage this because, we are not, what I would consider traditional pollsters. We are WORKING PEOPLE, WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE, and therefore want to know what questions you (our subscribers) want to ask as a poll.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR RAFFLE PRIZE!!
TBD. This feature is still being created, and will be activated during our beta testing time frame. THAT’S CORRECT FOR EVERY POLL YOU ANSWER YOU WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN OUR MONTHLY RAFFLE. Prizes to be decided when the monthly raffle starts.
